Brand Term & Conditions of Xamble Express

Payment Terms

  1. Free Access
    Signing up and creating a campaign is free. No payment is required until you select a package for your campaign.
  2. Payment Requirement
    Payment is only needed when choosing a campaign package. Once payment is successfully processed, you can publish your campaign and start recruiting creators.
  3. Package Agreement
    By selecting a package, you agree to its terms, including the number of creators and tasks allowed per campaign. Each payment covers one campaign only.
  4. Cancellation Policy
    If you wish to cancel a campaign, please contact us so we can assist you with a suitable solution.
  5. Payment Issues
    If a payment fails, is reversed, or remains unpaid, your campaign may be paused or restricted until payment is completed.
  6. Creator Removal Mid-Campaign – Compensation Terms
    If you as a brand choose to remove a creator during an ongoing campaign:
    1. Creator has not started tasks: No compensation is required.
    2. Creator has submitted work: Compensation applies based on progress:
      • Task in progress (not completed): 50% of the creator’s fee.
      • Task completed: 80% of the creator’s fee.
    3. Product return: If products or materials were sent to the creator:
      • There is no guarantee creators will return them.
      • Xamble is not liable for unreturned products or associated costs.
Xamble will facilitate the settlement based on the above terms.

Campaign Terms and Conditions for Brands:

  1. The Brand is responsible for setting up campaign details, including campaign description, product feature, campaign do’s and don’ts campaign hashtags and timeline, within the platform and it cannot be changed once the campaign is active.
  2. The platform facilitates connections between Brands and Influencers but does not guarantee specific engagement, conversions, or ROI. The Brand acknowledges that campaign success depends on various external factors beyond the platform’s control.
  3. The Brand is responsible for ensuring all campaign content complies with applicable local advertising laws, disclosure requirements (e.g., by local regulatory bodies), and ethical guidelines. The platform is not liable for non-compliant content posted by Influencers.
  4. Influencers and/or any publisher involved in this campaign will remain the engaged branded post in their feed from the specified and agreed campaign start date to the campaign end date (stated in the content of the IO above), unless otherwise specified and agreed between all parties.
  5. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, XAMBLE does not guarantee that KOLs will be exclusive to the brand or refrain from engaging with competing brands in similar vertical markets during the campaign period specified in the IO.
  6. For any delivery of the specific product it will be at additional cost to the Brand.
  7. Any damages during the delivery of the product will not be Xamble’s responsibility even though Xamble arranged for the delivery.
  8. Influencers profile data cannot be used without the expressed written consent of Xamble
  9. If your campaign does not attract sufficient interest from creators, Xamble is not liable for the lack of engagement. However, if you encounter issues, please contact us—we’ll work with you to find a better solution, such as adjusting your campaign or exploring alternative options.

Creator Content Usage Rights:

  1. As between XAMBLE and the Creator, the Creator retains all rights and ownership of the images and content created for the Campaign (“Creator Content”). XAMBLE does not claim ownership of the Creator Content.
  2. Usage Rights Granted
    • Eligibility: Only Brands purchasing the Micro Plus package (or higher) may repurpose creator content.
    • Limit: You may repurpose up to 3 content pieces from this campaign.
    • Channels: Usage is limited to your owned channels (website, social media, email marketing, etc.)
    • Branding: All usage must maintain the creator’s original branding (handle/ username and profile photo)
  3. License Terms
    • Non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual.
    • Includes minor edits for sizing/formatting (no substantive changes).
  4. Permitted Use Cases
    • Social media, websites, ads, emails, presentations, and in-store displays.
  5. Restrictions
    • Cannot transfer rights to third parties
    • Cannot modify content beyond formatting adjustments
    • Cannot use content in paid partnerships without additional agreement
    • Must comply with platform terms where content is displayed
  6. Note: These rights are granted only for content submitted through our platform.

Campaign Terms & Conditions for Brands


  1. Brands must set campaign details (description, timeline, dos/don’ts, etc.).
  2. We connect you with creators but don’t guarantee ROI.
  3. Brand content must comply with local laws.
  4. Content must remain live for the campaign duration unless stated.
  5. Exclusivity is only valid if stated in writing.
  6. Brands handle shipping costs. We’re not liable for damage.
  7. External use of creator data needs written consent.
  8. We may suggest changes if creator interest is low, but aren't responsible.

Creator Content Usage Rights


  1. Creators retain content ownership.
  2. Micro Plus & Above Packages:
    • Max 3 pieces of content per campaign.
    • Use only on owned media (email, site, social).
    • Must credit creator (handle & profile photo).
  3. License Terms:
    • Non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual.
    • Only minor format edits allowed.
  4. Allowed Use: Email, web, presentations, etc.
  5. Not Allowed:
    • No resale or heavy edits.
    • No paid ads without a separate agreement.
    • Must comply with platform rules.
Applies only to submissions via Xamble platform.
